Ziad Noujeim is FDI speaker, oral surgeon, dental educator, author, and editor. He is Senior Lecturer, Clinical Teacher, and Postgraduate Tutor in oral surgery and oral pathology at the Lebanese University Dental School in Beirut, Lebanon, and Visiting Faculty at the College of Medicine and Dentistry-CoMD at the University of Birmingham, in England, UK.
Dr. Noujeim is a Diplomate of the European Board of Oral Surgery, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Lebanese Dental Association-JLDA, Section Editor with the Annals of Maxillofacial Surgery-AMS, and Reviewer for the Journal of the American Dental Association-JAD and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery-JOMS. He serves as the President of the Lebanese Society of Oral Surgeons and Attending Oral Surgeon at the Lebanese Army Dental Departments, and the Baabda Governmental University Hospital, Lebanon.
Noujeim is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists-FICD, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons-FACOMS. He is author and co-author of two books, 17 scientific articles listed in PubMed, 10 editorials, and 13 scientific papers published in regional and international journals. He has lectured in Lebanon, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, UAE, Kuwait, Tunisia, Morocco, France, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Argentina, Australia, UK, Canada, and USA.
